ActiveVision Roadway Incident Evaluation
With FDOT District 2, built and deployed a full-stack roadway-incident dashboard with daily data ingestion, quality checks, and analytics for duration, false alarms, correlations, and maps.

TEU Volume Forecasting
With Crowley Maritime, developed import/export forecasting and scenario-analysis workflows across 12–60-month horizons using sparse-demand models and macroeconomic drivers.

Wrong-Way Driving Detection
Built a traceable YOLO/ByteTrack workflow for FDOT District 2, with camera-shift safeguards, roadwork context, and vehicle-role classification. Manual review found the correct direction in 27/27 replay runs.

Stadium Events Systems Evaluation
With North Florida TPO and FDOT District 2, an ongoing independent evaluation of DERQ, Omnisight, SpotGenius, and Modii using ground truth and vendor-reported results.
